D+M visual survey

With the introduction of Ameet’s Law a speedy report on mould caused by Damp & Moisture is essential for Social Landlords. This can also be useful for private residential and commercial landlords to show the tenant that the process is under way – leading where needed to a more in-depth inspection.

This a much more in-depth inspection, and can be a whole building approach or an area specific report. The methodology includes a holistic approach to fully understand the building, in depth data collection and analysis including damp reading, hygrometer data collection, thermal imaging, van aneometer data collection, borescope inspections and where needed and possible Drone photography.
